However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your flight. Therefore, we have an agreement that outlines the reasons for canceling your flight and the criteria for receiving a refund.
If a customer decides to cancel their ticket within 24 hours of booking, we will cancel the ticket without charging any cancellation fee. However, the refund will be subject to the airline's policies if the customer cancels the ticket more than 24 hours after the reservation.
We recognize that emergencies can occur and sudden changes in plans may force you to cancel your reservation. While we respect your right to cancel and request a refund, we want to be transparent about the process. Sometimes it may not be possible to process a refund, even if we want to.

CANCELLATION
Here are the eligibility details for canceling your reservations made with truebluefare.com.
- Cancellation after 24 hours of the reservation does not imply any refund.
- We only allow cancellations that are made through phone calls or emails.
- We do not guarantee any refunds after cancellation of your reservations; It solely depends on the refund policies of the airlines concerned.
- If not, it is an "absent." No-show is when a passenger is absent upon boarding and does not provide information to airline staff. In most cases, a "no show" booking is not eligible for any exemption from the supplier regarding refund processing.
REFUND
We have updated our cancellation policy to reflect airline and hotel refund policies and cannot guarantee any refunds.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are only subject to refund.
- We refund to the same account from which the reservation was made; We cannot accept a different mode/account to transfer the amount.
- It takes 10-15 days (approximately 2 weeks) to issue a refund to the original payment method.
- It may take more days for the bank to reflect the amount in your account.
- Sometimes, in exceptional cases, it may take 60-90 days (about 3 months) to reflect the amount in your bank balance.
- We only refund the service charge if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.
